Dpgate Return Policy
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us.
1.Damage via Postal
If a shipment arrives at your door with shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. Do not throw away any packing materials and contact us immediately.
DPGATE also offers factory warranty. If you have received your products with factory defect, please contact us within 7 days after the item(s) arrived. The product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in its original package.
3.Once product return is aprroved, Return Code will be offered. Please note that each return should have a Return Code. You can write it down or stick the printed one on the outside of the returned box .
4.The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s), please allow us 7 days to processing your return. If the defected item(s) is proved to be a factory defect or damaged during shipping, we will send you new item(s), or have your money back. We will afford the cost of resending. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. To ensure the prompt information of the returned package, we recommend you choose the carrier which the package can be trackable. DPGATE would not be responsible for the return fee or any shipping loss. Thanks for your kind understanding.
6. DPGATE reserves the right to refuse service that would void the warranty and return policy as well as the products are damaged by customers.
7. If you choose the Register Air Mail or EMS as shipping method, you can access to a return within 45 days (30 days is offered for the users of UPS, DHL, Fedex)after the date when this product return is approved.
Return policy for refund
Customers can return products for a refund within 45 days for Register Air Mail and EMS users, 30 days for UPS, DHL, and Fedex users after the date when this product return is approved. Please note that the Return Code should be included in the returned package and the shipping cost is non-refundable. In addition, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to the return if the reason of return is casued by human error.
We can not accept the following items for a refund:
•Any products that have exceeded the warranty or return expiry date.
•The reason of returning is caused by customer error.
•The returned product is not in its original condition.
Return policy for exchange or replacement
Our products can be exchanged or replaced within 45 days for Register Air Mail and EMS users, 30 days for UPS, DHL, and Fedex users after the invoice date. If you would like to exchange a product, please make sure that the product is unused and wihin the warranty time. You can provide us the order number and the product code you want to exchange. Please remember that a Return Code is always needed for returning any product.
The procedure of returnPlease send email to firstname.lastname@example.org for Return Code. Once you get the Return Code, do not forget to ship your items back with the Return Code. The return package without a Return Code would be rejected.
