Shipping policy
DPGate.com will ship out your package within 1-3 business days after the confirmation of your payment. We package your products in carton box, in order to keep them in good condition.

Shipping method
We deliver your package through international couriers like Normal Air Mail (With no tracking number), Registered Air Mail, EMS, Fedex, UPS and DHL; USPS (American Special Line), ARAMEX (Middle East Special Line). Customers can choose the shipping method they like.

Friendly reminder: if your package contained too many branded products, we may deliver it via different couriers in order to avoid the customs problem.

Shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on the items you choose, the size and the weight of the products and the shipping method you choose. You can collect items together to save the shipping cost. For the returned orders due to incorrect, incomplete address, or any issues caused by customs, the shipping cost is non-refundable. In this case, we will refund payment to customers, excluding the shipping cost that had been incurred.

Delivery time
Generally, delivery time is composed of processing time and actual shipping time.

Processing time = From the time we receive your order to when we finishing packing, 1- 3 business days are needed to check your order, confirm your payment, verify your address and pack your products. Then your package will be shipped from our warehouse immediately if all products are in stock. You will be informed in time if the products are out of stock.

Please pay attention to that we do not process your orders on weekend or holidays. Therefore, please allow another 1-2 business days to process your weekend orders.

Actual shipping time = The time it takes for the shipping companies to deliver package to you.

In general, the delivery time of each international courier is as below:

Normal Air Mail:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 15-30 business days from the day they are shipped.
Note:  There is no tracking number for normal air mail.
Registered Air Mail:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 10-30 business days from the day they are shipped.
EMS:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 5-15 business days from the day they are shipped.
Fedex:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
UPS:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
DHL:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
USPS:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 7-12 business days from the day they are shipped. (American Special Line)
ARAMEX:  Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 3-12 business days from the day they are shipped. (Middle East Special Line)

Please be aware that the shipping time may be influenced by many factors, such as customs inspection or postal delay. If you can't receive packages within 4 weeks, please kindly inform us in time.

Customs
International Trading will be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported to. The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible to pay the import duties and taxes incurred by customs when the product reaches the country of destination. DPGate is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred by the importation of products into countries other than China. The customer is responsible to pay all duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of their respective country. We strongly suggest you consult your local tax office before buying.

Please note that if you are drop-shipping to your customers, it is your responsibility to let them know about any taxes they may have to pay when receiving goods from the courier.
