Choosing a Shipping Method

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. For most products, Dpgate.com will offer you a choice of three shipping methods on the Order Information page at checkout. Note that if every item in your order has the Free Shipping sticker, you won't need to select shipping – Dpgate.com will automatically ship through the best method based on the order size and destination. Our three available shipping methods are:

Expedited Shipping (DHL, UPS, FedEx and EMS)
Our fastest option ships to all major destinations in 3 - 5 days. All Expedited Shipping orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size and destination.

Special Line (American Special Line, Middle East Special Line)
American Special Line (USPS): The most affordable option ships to all major American destinations in 7 - 12 days. All standard shipping orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size and destination.

Middle East Special Line (ARAMEX): The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 3 - 12 days. All standard shipping orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size and destination.

Super Saver Shipping (HK Post)
The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 10 - 30 days. The longer delivery time is necessary to offer you the lowest possible shipping fees. Please be aware that order tracking may not always be available with this option.

Before we can ship your order, Dpgate.com has to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package items. The duration of preparing your items for shipping and the delivery time is the total time to receive your order.

Calculating Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order, as well as the shipping methodshipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs.

Follow these steps to calculate shipping costs on any order:

•    On the item's Product Details page, click on Add to Cart.

•    Enter your Shopping Cart and look for “Estimate Shipping Costs” at the bottom of the page to see total shipping costs for the items in your cart.

•    On the Ship to: drop-down menu, choose the country of delivery for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.
You can open your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart at the top of every page on Dpgate.com.

Putting an item in your cart doesn't mean you have to order it. If you no longer want an item after seeing the estimated shipping costs, click Delete
